2023-2024 Volunteers
We are excited to be able to welcome our volunteers on campus to assist with various events and in preparing materials in our work room.
Annually volunteers must provide a new packet to include:
- Fill out a new Volunteer Application (See below)
- Copy of a current Drivers License or State ID
- Provide a copy of their negative TB Test Results (or chest x-ray if applicable)

- Good for 4 years (supply a paper copy each year)

- Completed Mandated Volunteer and ASCIP Training
- Again, as a reminder you must re-apply and submit all of the above documentation EVERY year. The school site does not keep volunteer records from year to year.
