2022-2023 Volunteers

**Please note the update below effective 9/19/22

We are excited to be able to welcome our volunteers on campus to assist with various events and in preparing materials in our work room.

Annually volunteers must provide a new packet to include:

Fill out a new Volunteer Application (See below)
Copy of a current Drivers License or State ID
Provide a copy of their negative TB Test Results (or chest x-ray if applicable)
- - - Good for 4 years (supply a paper copy each year)
2022-2023 Year : Upload proof of Covid-19 vaccination in the presence of front office staff. You can either take a photo of your vaccination card and upload in front of staff OR you can take a screenshot of your proof of vaccination from here: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/
- - UPDATE: Beginning the week of 9/19/22 Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is no longer required to be a Vejar volunteer.
Again, as a reminder you must re-apply and submit all of the above documentation EVERY year. The school site does not keep volunteer records from year to year.
