Outgoing 5th Grade Orientation Information

  • In cases where Vejar Elementary is a student's resident school the student will automatically be enrolled at SUZANNE MIDDLE SCHOOL and no further action needs to be taken.
    • If you do not want your child to automatically be enrolled at Suzanne MS, please contact Ms. Veronica in our front office. 909-594-1434 ext 38100
 
  • If you're student is attending Vejar on an ALLEN BILL your student will automatically be enrolled at SUZANNE Middle School and no further action needs to be taken.
 
  • If Vejar Elementary is NOT your resident school an inter-district will need to be completed and a PDF copy must emailed to Ms. Veronica in our front office
